Bransby Horses do not remove equines in serious welfare conditions, why?

As a charity, we must work within the law; our aim is to engage with the owners to improve the lives of equines. Our Field Officers can offer non-judgemental advice and support. We do not have the powers to be able to remove equines, which is why we work closely with other organisations such as the police, RSPCA, and Local Authorities.
