Free Will Service with Bequeathed
Bequeathed work with charities to help many people make their will each year. We’ve teamed up with Bequeathed so you can create a free Will for Good with our trusted partners. Register here and complete the online Will interview.
When you make your Will For Good, you will get online legal advice tailored to your circumstances. This will be in the form of recommendations, and sometimes requirements, from Bequeathed’s in-house Solicitor. You can book a free legal appointment with Bequeathed to discuss any of these in more detail, then decide if you’d like to go ahead with a free basic Will or pay for the additional protection discussed.
A standard Will for Good from Bequeathed legal team includes up to 30 minutes of advice for free, or 45 minutes if you’re a couple. Read the detail of what will and will not be included for free.
Bequeathed will be acting in your interests and on your instructions so you don't have to leave a gift to us, but we hope you’ll consider doing so after making sure your loved ones are taken care of. Any gift you can leave, large or small, will make sure that the special love you’ve shared for our equines can live on after you.
*For complex Wills, or use of additional services, our Will writing partner will speak to you about any potential costs in advance, so you don’t receive an unexpected bill.
All our firms are accredited, either by a regulator or through an independent professional standards body.
You can of course also use your own solicitor to draft or amend your Will and include Bransby Horses as one of you beneficiaries. When you decide to make a Will or add to your current Will with a Codicil, we would be forever grateful if you would consider leaving a gift in your Will for Bransby Horses, however, it is not required to take advantage of our free Will writing service.
